新产品实施项目经理负责管理所有新产品和新应用上线、升级、迁移，以及新客户上线项目，利用现有资源实现公司每个月的营收目标。这个职位需要同公司内部各个部门的同事以及客户交流，需要很好的团队合作精神，以及学习新产品和数据分析业务的能力。

主要职责：

1.管理所有新产品和新应用上线、升级、迁移，以及新客户上线项目

2.完成或超越每个月实施的收入目标

3.升级或迁移到新产品，降低运营成本

4.制定项目计划，范围，目标，监控项目进度和风险

5.撰写项目需要的所有文档，确保文档清晰易懂

6.有效地与内部和外部沟通关系人沟通

7.管理新产品新应用的培训和交接项目

8.改进实施流程，提高实施销率，缩短实施周期

9.全程负责中国客户实施

10.管理客户提出的请求，问题，并及时解决

11.负责海外客户和本地客户的服务

12.周末需要处理紧急事宜

13.需要轮班晚上工作

技能要求：

1.本科学历学士学位

2.3年以上产品实施项目管理经验

3.精通商业智能报表制做、EXCEL、数据分析

4.熟练的项目管理技能

5.可同时管理多个项目

6.很强的组织能力, 善于任务优先级排序

7.很好的客户服务精神和问题跟进能力

8.熟练的分析解决问题技能

9.有面向客户经验

10.专业化令人信服地与内部和外部关系人沟通能力

11.流利的汉语和英语交流能力

12.有数据分析技能，快销品公司工作经验，流程管理经验的优先考虑

Location: Shanghai
The New Product Implementation Project Manager will manage the new products, new retailers, new clients implementations and try best to meet the monthly revenue goal with limited resource. This position requires constant interaction with all levels within the organization, as well as external clients. Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability and willingness to learn new proprietary applications implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage product upgrade/migration, server migration, new retailer/new client rollout projects.
Meet or exceed the monthly revenue goal.
Decrease the COGS by migrating/upgrading existing product.
Define project plan, scope, goals, and monitor project schedule, risks.
Well document project plans, goals, issues, risks and present information in a concise, understandable format
Interact with both internal and external stakeholder efficiently
Manage the new product Dry-run project and well done the transition from Engineering team to Data Operation team.
Improve the implementation workflow, productivity and shorten the implementation period.
End to End service implementation for China clients
Manage client requests, questions, issues and resolve them promptly
Do customer support for both oversee and local clients
Must be able to on call at weekend.
Be able to work at shift hours.
Skills and Experience Required
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
3 or more years project management experience
Solid Excel/BI Reports and data analysis skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to manage several projects in parallel with minimum supervision
Strong organizational skills and be good at prioritize tasks
Must be customer service oriented with strong follow up skills
Solid trouble shooting skills
Customer facing experience
Must be able to interact with both internal and external stakeholder in an efficient , professional and knowledgeable manner
Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Preferred
Working knowledge of data analysis
Experience with the CPG industry
Experience in process management
