1. 5年以上汽车行业质量或者工艺过程工作经验；
Min.5 years’ experience in quality or process development area in automotive industry;
2. 熟悉TS16949质量体系,有内审员证书或过程审核经验优先；
Familiar with TS16949 system, with internal auditor certificate or process audit experience preferred;
3. 熟悉FMEA，Control plan, error-proofing,8D,SPC, MSA DOE等质量工具；
Familiar with the quality tools e.g. FMEA，Control plan, error-proofing,8D,SPC, MSA, DOE
4. 有工艺开发或者过程质量控制经验；
Ever work in process quality control or process development
5. 较强组织协调和沟通能力；
Good organization and communication skills;
6. 基本了解ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系；
Basic knowledge of EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;
岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 按照公司标准对生产线计划、组织和执行PFMEA Go&See 活动
Plan, organize and implement PFMEA go&see activity in the plant for all serial production lines following AS standard
2. 确认PFMEA覆盖了产品重要的特性控制点和失效模式； 确认控制方法合理及可靠。
Confirm product important characteristic has been covered by PFMEA and failure modes are completely considered;
Confirm defined control method is reasonable and reliable.
3. 确认重要工站工艺参数和实际设定之间的一致性
Confirm key stations’process parameter is in line with actual machine setting
4. 挑战产线，验证产线防错，确认防错正确工作；
Challenge the production process by trying to make bad parts, to verify whether Poka-Yoke is working properly or not.
5. 追踪问题点的准时关闭及措施验证；对重大问题点，追踪PMT（8D）关闭的时效性。
Collect and track the on-time closure of the open points from g&s activity.
Follow up 8D in case of critical finding.
6. 维护PFMEA go&see&fix 数据库的准确性和及时性
Maintain g&s&f database’s data accuracy and timeliness.
7. 持续提高go&see的finding 质量从而降低内外部不良
Continuous improvement of go&see activity, contribute to reduction of internal&external defect
8. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜
Complete other task assigned by superior
