职位描述：

1、负责实施项目，沟通需求和控制风险，保证客户满意度和进度；

2、掌握并精通公司某几类产品/解决方案并根据市场需求和自身专业知识提出合理化建议；

3、遵循标准的项目管理政策和流程管理日常业务、项目；

4、领导团队，为其他部门提供支持。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，流利的英语沟通表达能力；

2、至少3年以上软件行业项目管理经验；

3、具有PMP证书优先考虑；

4、良好的人际关系与沟通表达能力。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manages project scope (requirements and quality), develops and manages the overall project plan and monitors changes to ensure on time/ on budget execution.

2. Consults with management to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project and allocation of resources.

3. Works closely with end users, business technologists and others to understand and prioritise business goals and information needs.

4. Develops options and strategies to mitigate risk and keep the project on schedule with high quality. Documents these risks and mitigating strategies and publishes them to project team members and Sr. Management/Project Sponsor.

5. Tracks team members on project task execution and escalates when members miss or believe they will miss significant plan milestones.

6. Facilitates regular project team meetings. Tracks all issues on an issue log and assures that all issues are resolved. Escalates when necessary. Conducts side meetings and working session, as needed, to resolve issues.

7. Communicates with direct management on ongoing status, milestones, successes and project risks.

8. Engages with Business teams for pilot and rollout processes, Monitors quality at every stage to make sure that significant issues are resolved timely.

9. Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's Degree or above.

2. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

3. PMP or equivalent professional project management certification is a plus.

4. Minimum of 3 years work experience in managing teams or departments in a complex, dynamic and highly technical environment.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.

6. Proven capability in effectively managing and meeting client expectations.
