职位描述：
岗位职责Job responsibilities:
1. 负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户，根据客户要求提供及时的服务。
1. Responsible for collecting new customer information and communicate, develop new customers, providing timely services according to customer requirements
2. 负责客户信息沟通、传达，并制定解决方案。
2. Responsible for customer communication, and provide solutions to the customers.
3. 维护客户关系，定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系，挖掘客户的最大潜力
3. Maintaining customer relationships, regular communication to establish a good long-term relationship
4. 负责客户反馈信息传递，跟踪并反馈问题处理过程。
4. Responsible for customers’ feedback, and follow up for the solutions.
5. 负责收集产品市场信息，制定并完善产品销售策略。
5. Responsible for collecting market information, develop and improve the product sales strategy

任职资格Qualification
1. 大专以上学历，热爱销售工作，有强烈的责任心，踏实肯干，并具备较强的学习能力；
1. College education, practical work hard, strong sense of responsibility, and have strong learning ability.
2. 亲和力强，具有良好的沟通能力、语言表达能力、销售技巧及公关能力；
2. Strong communication skills and sales skills
3. 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉ERP理论知识、企业管理、财务及计算机等相关知识；
3. Skilled use of office software, familiar with ERP, management, financial and computer related knowledge
4. 具有2年以上销售经验，零售行业软件销售经验可优先考虑。
4. 2 years relevant working experience in ERP;
5. 英文或德语读写能力强
