Key Accountabilities:
- To source and develop new outbound investment sales opportunities
- Meet target investors/develops to identify potential outbound investment opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing clients, developers and related government authorities in order to win new business
- Conduct marketing research and analyze market trends to provide a reliable resource for benchmarking
- Implement Colliers' strategies for major investment properties
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor
- University degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning or Valuation preferred
- At least 3 years working experience in sales, marketing or property related investment
- Fluent in both Chinese and English in writing and speaking
- Good presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track record
- In-depth understanding of outbound investment business environment mandatory; and sound business acumen
