Calculating packaging materialcosts from quotations and logistic general conditions, comparing of costs fordifferent types and versions of packaging, package design is following AMSrequirement;

核算包装成本，参与新项目包装方案设计，报价，对比不同包装类型和版本的成本，

包装设计符合自动生产线要求；

Responsible for recycle box management, calculate thedemand for all returnable package, ensure no line down record related withreturnable box from supplier, internal and customer;

负责周转箱管理，计算供应商以及内部还有客户周转包装的需求和日常管理，不得由于包装短缺影响生产和发货；

Create the working instruction, ensure the quality &quantity of the parts incoming/outgoing and maintained reasonable according tothe procedure & customers requirement;

创建正确的包装作业指导书操作，确保包装数量上的正确性与包装质量上的完好性，确保成品包装按照客户要求；

Maintenance of master data in SAP and issue workinginstruction (Packaging Data Sheet, PackagingWorking Instruction, etc);

维护SAP系统主数据及相关物流文档（包含包装数据表，包装操作指导书等）；

Cooperation and support with material planner in pre-seriousphase to ensure sample production;

量产前阶段包装材料前期准备工作以确保样件顺利生产；

Raw material package optimization, involvement in projects aimed atreducing costs and/or improving workflows related to package,

原材料的包装优化，参与成本包装相关的降低成本和流程改进的项目；

Planning and specifying quality guidelines/parameters forpackaging and other measures aligned to quality assurance

对于包装方案根据质量方针设计具体质量指导和要求；

Responsible for the package materials VMI processmanagement, including the supplier performance analysis and improvementproposal if any, KPI monitor and supplier performance improvement;

负责包装材料VMI管理，包括供应商的服务质量和流程的改进，KPI管控及供应商绩效提升；

Carrying out technical agreements with customer/suppliersand releasing packaging;

执行客户/供应商的技术协议并审核包装方案；

Create and completeall the packaging process and working instruction;

完善和建立部门内操作流程和作业指导书

Lead theresponsible team to complete company's various indicators

带领团队完成公司各项指标

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

Three years above working experience in anautomotive enterprise.

三年以上汽车行业工作经验

One year above packaging design related experience.

二年以上包装设计经验

Two year above working experience in packagemanagement;

二年包装管理从业经验

Two year above working experience in teammanagement;

二年团队管理从业经验

Bachelor degree and logistics package major is aplus.

本科，物流包装专业优先

Good command of English both in oral and written

良好的英语口语和书写能力

Familiar with ERP system (SAP);

熟练应用SAP等ERP软件
