职位描述：
Essential Functions:
? Purchase, follow up and supply timely and efficiently according to the daily PR and special project
PR in the scope of raw materials, operation equipment and toolings, MRO parts etc. according to company’s requirements.
? Responsible advanced development of suppliers, commercial negotiation and supplier performace management
? Responsible for and support the local sales project team and also headquarter‘s strategic sourcing manager for different sourcing tasks with the best supplying solutions.
? Maintenance contracts , purchase orders , handle payment requisition for each order and supplier, and complete different reports if requested.
? Control the purchasing cost effectively in the daily business, meet the KPI and cost-saving target. Send saving monthly report to manager.
? To complete any other job/task assigned by manager.

Key Responsibilities:
? Implement and monitor the supplier‘s KPI, conduct root cause analysis and action plans for improvement.
? Develop continous cost reduction, to meet budget.
? Continuously source and develop qualified suppliers , improve suppliers’s performance.

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience and a good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, are preliminary requirements.
? More than 5 years work experience in purchasing field
? Familiar with supply chain management like planning, purchasing
? Familiar with EPR system. (SAP prefered). Good computer skills 举报 分享
