We are now looking for an Associate Interior Designer/Design Team Leader in our Shanghai studio to work on a number of exciting retail projects. This role will require creative design/project leaders with relevant experience and skills. They will be responsible for efficiently leading the design process, presenting projects and guiding a support team to ensure the project outcome meets the design excellence requirements of HASSELL.

Key attributes/skills and experience

_Lead Interior design projects with required strong project leader experience.

_Client Management solid experience with good communication and problem solving skills

_Role model as a team leader with good teamwork spirit

_Highly creative design skills/portfolio is essential

_Technical coordination and site experience
_Must have worked on large scale retail malls
_10+ years'working experience is essential

_Organized, energetic detail oriented and customer focused
_Good command of both English and Mandarin.

_Well versed Microsoft office skills.

_Work under stress and meet deadline

_Passionate designer, sense of ownership.
