Responsibilities：
Regulatory Affair
- Preparation of registration dossiers, according to regulatory requirements and relevant government regulations
- Coordinate with production to prepare labels/declarations that fulfil importing countries’ requirement
- Organization of certificates (free sales cert, production license etc.) and product samples
- organizing and maintaining RA documentation in Registration Database
- Support export and import department
- Contact to local relevant authorities
- Regulatory support to marketing and sales department
- Monitoring changes of regulations and providing suggestions to management if adaptation is needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Document control
- Documentation management including document registry, control, release, storage, withdraw and scrap of obsolete document etc.
Assistant to Factory
- As an assistant to support factory manager in administration.
Educational experience：
- Degree in natural sciences or adequate experience
Working experience:
-Working in medicine, biology, feed related industry is preferred
Other qualifications needed：
- Language skills: English + preferably an additional language
- International/intercultural communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Organized
- Precise
- Cooperative
- Flexible
- Initiative
- Able to make decisions and take responsibility within their scope of work
