职责：
1. 参与业务需求分析与推进技术设计工作；
2. 分析需求并将客户的需求转化为各个规划；
3. 根据开发流程和产品需求进行网站产品开发；
4. 维护最新代码和文件；

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in business analysis and facilitate technical design.
2. Analyze requirements and translate into discrete development plan.
3. Develop web-based applications on provided workflow and specifications.
4. Provide regular and concise status updates.

要求：
1. 计算机，软件开发或相关专业；
2. 三年以上电子商务和ERP系统方面的开发经验，熟练利用HTML, XML, ASP.Net/C#, AJAX和Web服务；
3. 精通相关数据库系统（MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle）设计和程序编制；
4. 熟悉团队软件开发流程和相关工具，如源代码控制，缺陷程序跟踪和质量监管；
5. 熟悉应用软件开发的周期和项目管理的方法；
6. 积极主动的分析、解决问题，并有娴熟的沟通能力；
7. 追求工作质量，专注细节，具有出色的执行能力；
8. 良好的英语书写和口语能力；
9. 具备灵活的开拓方法的优先考虑。
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree holder of Computer Science, MIS or related disciplines
2. 3+ years of experience in developing e-Commerce and ERP systems using HTML, XML, ASP.Net/C#, AJAX and Web Services.
3. Solid knowledge of relational database (MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle) design and programming.
4. Proficiency with team oriented software development process and tools, such as source code control, bug tracking and QA processes.
5. Good understanding of application development lifecycle and project management methodology.
6. Proactive team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
7. Quality driven attitude, detail-oriented and excellent follow-through.
8. Good in written and spoken English.
9. Experience in any agile development method is an asset.
