Responsibilities:
1 Lead multiple projects and development teams
2 Assume responsibility for the creation of critical in-house software projects
3 Direct the effort to define business requirements, system specifications, project work plans, software and user documentation, and local policies and procedures
4 Deliver high quality software on time, on budget, with the correct functionality
5 Serve as primary liaison between related dept. and IT staffs
6 Provide regular status reports of on-going projects and issues
7 Assume responsibility for leading IT team members and managing their career growth
8 Be proactive in the management and resolution of project issues
9 Be autonomous and self-directed with the planning and management of daily tasks
10 Maintain a professional presence and demeanor
Requirements:
1 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline; post-bachelor's degree appreciated
2 Technical planning-level knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server and .Net environment is required
3 Experience in the development of web-based applications using.NET, ASP, and SQL Server is required; recent hands-on experience is preferred
4 Experience with MS Office applications, MS Project, and MS Visio is essential
5 Experience in applying software development methologies, good software design principles, and database architectures is mandatory
6 Experience in eCommerce, order processing, customer service, or other related business functions is required
7 At least 8 years experience in the information technology field; at least four years in a supervisory role
8 A customer service approach and a can do attitude are essential
9 Fluent command of spoken/written English is mandatory
