职位描述：
CMT (Cost Management Team) Engineer

Tasks
China CMT is responsible to reduce the vehicle cost after mass production, majorly responsible for Design Change, Localization or Further Localization, Site Relocation etc. Through the idea investigation and execution, China CMT aims to reduce vehicle cost towards a competitive level.
Key Responsibility
? Secure overall delivery of defined China cost reduction target.
? Plan and implement the A-CMT planned activities including tear down and benchmarking workshop, supplier workshop, and Cost Innovation Day etc.
? Identify potential cost reduction ideas with positive business case, and secure the successful delivery.
? Establish the cross-functional communication and reporting structure, for the better proceeding of the idea generation, investigation, approval and execution.
? Secure the efficient and successful transferring of cost reduction ideas to programs.
? Regular report to China R&D management team and support monthly PCR report. (Product Cost Report)
Job Qualification
? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or 1 year Working experience in such area.
? Have experience of program management will be prioritized. Good activity planning and control ability.
? Experience from cross-functional project work.

? Self-motivated and strong driving force, also high responsibility
? Good English skills read/write and oral
? Excellent in office software, excel, PPT, etc.
