职位描述：

1、向潜在目标客户推荐公司的猎头服务，进行有效的市场开拓工作，完成任务目标。
2、与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托。

3、通过各种寻访渠道与技巧，为客户寻访优秀的合适的人才。
4、与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐。

5、与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务。

6、关注行业及知名企业发展动向，收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系。

7、根据要求完成独立事业部的其他项目或任务。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；1-2年财务、IT、零售等行业猎头工作经验。
2、良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力；能够承受工作压力。
3、善于协调客户和候选人之间的关系,完成任务意识强。

4、良好的中英文沟通能力。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recommend headhunt service aiming at potential clients, undertake effective business development job to finish related target.
2. Keep efficient contact with target clients by analysing clients' situation and their job description. Be empowered by clients to provide professional advice.
3. Provide appropriate candidates for clients through various channels and skills.
4. Communicate effectively with candidates. Make relative evaluation, filtration and recommendation.
5. Cooperate with team members to ensure tasks assigned by clients.
6. Be sensitive with market trends and that of well-known multinational enterprises, collect senior calibre's information and keep long-term relationship with them.

7. If required, support department’s other projects or tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above.

2. At least 1-2 years experience in Finance/IT/Retail or related head-hunter experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skill.

4. Be able to undertake high pressure and adapt high efficient working style.
5. Be good at coordinating the relationship between client and candidate.

6. Self-motivated with strong to finish related target.
7. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
