职位描述
Official Title: Logistic/Warehouse Operator 仓库管理员
Location: Shanghai Jinshan (shuttle bus provided)
Purpose of the position:
1.Managing the incoming raw material, packages and outgoing finished products according to procedures and work instructions, under the supervision of Logistic supervisor and plant management.
2.Ensure that the related documents are exchanged, all loading procedures are followed, the related plant personnel are informed and the carriers are send to the right plant spots
3.Managing of the internal warehouse, shelter and waste area
4.Besides the administrative duties also in charge of forklift operation for raw materials, wastes and finished products
5.Ensure a regular, conform and safe operation; avoid leakages, environmental pollution, unsafe operations and risks to any person.
6.Report and - if possible - eliminate all kind of irregularities within tank farm, shelter and warehouse area immediately.
Responsibility:
1.Contact person of MUSC guard for BOOST related incoming traffic. Based on plant situation the truck gets the allowance to enter
2.BOOST contact for all driver of incoming and outgoing traffic
3.Check that the loading paper is in compliance with plant loading plan and product stock.
4.Information of control room for unloading of raw materials in tanks or loading of products in bulks
5.forklift service for unloading or loading of packed goods
6.Handover of checklist and information of the loading spot
7.After loading & unloading receiving checklist and exchange of transport documents
8.Filing of checklist and transport documents
9.Booking in SAP
10.Handling of dangerous, flammable and toxic chemicals in tank farm, warehouse, shelter and other storage locations
11.Warehouse, shelter and storage location management
12.Un-/loading of dangerous chemicals according to check list and SOP
13.Housekeeping and simple maintenance work in tank farm, un-/loading and warehouse
14.Supply of labels for packages, containers and retaining samples
15.Supporting the fellow operators
16.Conducting a failure free shift change and cooperating closely with the counterpart.
17.Tracing and – if possible – eliminating irregularities.
18.Informing the Supervisor of any irregularities, failures or events related to ESHQ issues in a comprehensive and direct manner.
19.Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.
Requirements:
1.Knowledge of handling of dangerous goods; chemical knowledge
2.Working experience in the shipping department and/or tank farm of a chemical plant
3.good understanding of the administrative aspects and workflow of logistic processes
4.Good general technical understanding
5.Basic Knowledge of IT
6.forklift driving license
7.Gain advanced knowledge of ESHQ issues to be able to act as a coach
8.Support the fellow team members as well as the members of the other shifts, good team player
9..React flexible to different situations, e.g. adjust his/her working scheme according to the requirements of th10 situation
11.Must cope with the idea of Team Excellence
12.Must cooperate with internal and external personnel (e.g. truck driver)
13.The position holder has to decide self-employed whether he/she can fulfill his/her objectives independently or has to act as an information provider to supervisor.
14.As face to the driver he/she has to overlook the situation and give clear advice to truck driver regardless of pressure, situation in the plant and pressure build up by drivers

(2).Control truck/truck driver according safety regulations, may stop/neglect loading process
