In this high profile sales leadership role in China's leading relocation and moving company, you will work closely under the guidance and support of Santa Fe's China country management and Asia sales leadership. The position is a critically important, exciting, innovative and challenging role within our company.

The key focus areas of the role are :

• Secure and develop locally controlled business
• Build and develop strong relationships with accounts
• Design and deliver excellent presentations and prepare winning proposals
• Design and implement customer centric and innovative relocation solutions to corporate customers
• Assist management in projects as and when required
• Lead the China Business Development team
• Attend various networking events to promote Santa Fe and build up contacts

It is expected that you have achieved significant success in direct sales, and sales leadership positions in the past. It is likely that this experience comes from a real estate, immigration, HR outsourcing, or household goods moving sales background.

Your nationality is irrelevant, but you must have native or near-native English language skills (written and spoken), and it would be considered an advantage to be able to hold business meetings in Mandarin Chinese.

We are flexible on your location, it could be either Shanghai or Beijing, but you must be able to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.
