Duties:
1. Research suitable properties & prepare property list, Conduct home search with expat customers, Conduct city orientations and school searches as required.
2. Negotiate and prepare lease contract, Conduct check in inspection, Follow up on tenancy issues as required
3. Coordinate lease renewals, Assist with termination of lease agreements, Conduct check out inspections
4. Ensure ReloAssist is accurate and updated, Coordinate all accurate and timely reports required by corporate clients.

Requirements:
5. College or bachelor degree,
6. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Korean language essential
7. Minimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience
8. Need to travel to 2nd & 3rd tier cities surrounding Shanghai.
9. Delight, enthusiastic about customer service, multi-task handler, good problem solving skills, communication and negotiation skills.
