Description
The role of executive personal assistant is a position which require to undertake clerical and administrative duties such as filing documents, arranging meetings and travel itineraries, conducting research, preparing presentations, liaising with external parties and ordering supplies. The executive personal assistant should be proficient in the use of all technological office equipment and should ideally have a general understanding of various types of telecommunications, design, and number/word processing software
The candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important
5+ years experience supporting at the executive level
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
Bachelor's degree
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
efficient, self-motivated, organised, a good communicator
PA generally has her own workload and special projects to deal with
PA need to be capable of competently dealing with situations in the boss's absence, and should be confident enough to commission work on her principal behalf.
Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement for any PA.
PA need to keep abreast of organisational issues and have a good understanding of the organisation's aims and objectives. Above all, a PA's role is to support her principal in his efforts to reach his targets and deliver on his strategic goals.
PA should commissioning work on the principal's behalf
PA should write minutes, write reports, executive summaries and newsletters, prepare presentations, manage and review file and office systems, prepare papers for meetings
Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
Ability to filter information and assess priorities.
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
Excellent English spoken and written
