Summary: This job contributes to DNAF success by conducting analysis to support Planning/Analyzing/Profitability control.

Job Responsibilities

· Involve in Budgeting and Forecasting, conduct financial modeling to update KPI, revenue & cost, OPEX & CAPEX, analyze the financial impact of KPI and recommended action plans. Highlight issues and recommend alternative courses of action based on results of the analysis. Timely prepare and submit reports and liaise with counterparties

· Prepare and deliver accurate & timely variance analysis and evaluation of business performance. Delivery information and analysis to achieve goals set for company growth, revenue and investment return. Provide consultation on budgeting and how to deliver budget on time & under control

· Monitor portfolio performances, including assessing the various elements and their impact on assets performance. Monitor portfolio profitability, by work with departments on proactive portfolio management, conduct in-depth analysis to support profitability analysis from product, regional and vehicle type perspectives. Provide assistance on product pricing, subvention rate, and etc.

· Review departmental OPEX & CAPEX plan, check the justification and identify variances to support consistent and rational utilization

· Administer financial database, including data access, system enhancements and data validation.

· Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree or above with a major in finance, accounting or business disciplines

· Over 8 years working experiences in financial analyst ( experience in financial industry and banking industry is preferred)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in a fast growth environment

· Ability to use and maintain complex financial models

· Good knowledge of financial and management accounting principles

· Advanced Skills of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

· Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Detail-oriented, dependable, & upright with good team work skills

· Good business sense and acumen (consumer financing business preferred)

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

· 监测资产运行，包括监测资产各要素的变动，以及测算和分析其对资产影响。对资产盈利性进行监控，通过与相关部门合作、有效的对资产盈利性进行分析，包括对业务数据的获取、整合和分析，不同维度的盈利性分析（如按产品、区域、车型的分析）。为产品定价、利率补贴和新产品分析等提供支持

· 对费用和投资计划进行管理，检查其合理性和差异、满足持续和合理化的使用

· 管理财务分析数据，包括数据的获取、相关系统强化和数据的有效性验证

· 其他安排任务

岗位要求

· 本科或以上学位，财务、会计或商科专业

· 8年以上财务分析经验（金融或银行领域相关工作经验优先）

· 较强的分析和问题处理能力，能适应业务迅速发展的工作环境

· 有金融建模的能力

· 熟悉财务和管理会计知识

· 精通 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

· 良好的英文口头及书面表达能力

· 能按照处理Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· 注重细节、独立且有团队合作精神

· 良好的业务理解能力 (如个人消费信贷经验)
