Job Responsibilities

· Directs the development of annual business plans and quarterly forecasts, managing execution, and measuring results.

· Reports on forecast accuracy metrics, identifies areas for improvement and initiates changes to make necessary improvements.

· Conducts research, and analyzes actual business performance against targets in the business plan, and forecasts as applicable.

· Assists with sales department head to develop annual & monthly expense budget, traces & monitors monthly actual situation, and assists to control the budget.

· Drives operation improvement initiatives of business processes by collecting feedbacks from dealers

· Delivers quality reporting and business health reviews on a monthly basis

· Conducts ad-hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision making and improve profitability.

· As one of the interface team members of manufacturers, being in charge of data collection, analysis and information sharing between manufacturer & DNAF.

Job Requirements:

· 8 ~10 years of responsibility in sales finance industry with at least 2 years of business planning / decision support experience

· Strong understanding of forecasting and planning in a consumer and customer-oriented environment

· Hands-on approach to business, and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business

· Advanced excel and PPT skills & fluent in English

· A degree holder in finance, sales, or marketing

· Prior experience in Corporate Planning and Analysis to include forecasting and planning preferred
