职位：税务及固定资产专员

岗位职责:

整理公司所有税务事宜，包括营业税，所得税，印花税，城建税及其附加;

负责每月税务计算以及税务申报，以及税务局的联系和维护;

进行税负核算，纳税调整，递延税款计算，帮助公司避免税务风险以及降低税务负担;

进行年度汇算清缴,税务筹划.以及与日产和东风税务部门的沟通;

负责每月进行固定资产，无形资产的分类核算，进行入帐，计提折旧和摊销;

负责固定资产资料管理，盘点;

进行融资租赁租入资产管理和核算;

核销资产及抵债资产的税务处理.

岗位要求:

本科学历，财务、会计专业;

5年以上财务、税务、固定资产管理相关经验（银行同业经验优先）;

熟悉国家税务、财务相关政策;

细心，稳重，有团队合作能力;

精通英语，熟练使用办公软件.

Tax & Fixed Assets Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Handle company's all taxation related affairs, including business tax, income tax, stamp tax, urban maintenance and construction tax with their addition;
Take charge of monthly tax calculation and declaration; Maintain sound relationship with the taxation bureau
Be responsible for taxation reconciliation, adjustment and deferral taxation calculation to help the company avoid taxation related risk and reasonably lower company’s tax cost;
Be responsible for Annual Corporate Income Tax Filing, tax planning, and keep smooth communication with parent companies’ taxation department;
Check and book fixed assets and intangible assets on a monthly basis and make depreciation and amortization;
Work on fixed assets physical inventory check and management;
Manage and reconciliate the leased assets;
Handle taxation related issues of write-off assets and debt-offsetting assets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a major in accounting or finance;
Over 5 years working experiences in accounting, tax business and fixed assets management. (bank background is preferable);
Solid knowledge of tax and accounting;
Detail-oriented, dependable, and upright with good team work skills;
Proficient in English and office software.
