Position: IS PM Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

I. Routine work

1Troubleshooting, to ensure Retail，Floor plan，accounting system can fully meet the business requirements

2Liaise extensively with related internal departments’ system related inquiry and/or troubleshooting, to ensure business system can fully meet the business requirements

3Be able to develop script and tools to improve the business

4Be able to develop and maintain the internal / external website

5Be able to design and drive the integration and optimization across multiple systems

II. Project Management

1Liaises extensively with external or internal clients, coordinate other department to join in the project

2Translates the Company’s requirements into highly specified project briefs

3Make the feasibility report

4Make project schedule, and establish the report mechanism with supervisor, ensure the project finished in time.

5Identifies options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

6Responsible for communicate and coordinate work between internal team and internal team with external team, establish requirements change, issue feedback mechanism with the business department

7Emergency treatment, ensure the project go live smoothly

8Control and conduct the project’s daily work, manage the project change request, hold weekly meeting and make weekly report to ensure the project on schedule.

9Ensures that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met

10Oversees the implementation of the systems and works with the end-users to ensure that all system or process related problems are resolved to an agreed standard

11Works as a project manager with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems

Requirement

1Better to have the ability of planning, execution, cooperation and communication.

2Be proactive, team working sprit, responsible, and self learning

3Be familiar with at least one of the popular computer language, such as ASP.NET, VC.NET, C++, Java, and have related development experience

4Be familiar with at least one of the popular database, such as Oracle and SQL server

5Be familiar with the software development life cycle, and have related project management experience

6Have good English, PPT skill

职位描述：

I. 日常工作

1解决运营中零售、库存和财务等系统出现的问题，确保业务系统满足业务需求

2与公司内部相关部门保持密切沟通，了解公司相关部门系统的需求，并将公司实际业务要求转化为项目实施

3能够运用常用计算机语言，开发一些用于改善工作的脚本或工具

4能够进行公司内外网站的开发和维护

5能够规划并指导现有系统架构，进行系统的整合及优化

II. 项目管理

1与外部或内部客户保持密切联系，需要时与不同职能部门就项目工作进行协调

2将公司实际业务要求转化为项目的实施概要

3制作项目可行性报告

4制定项目计划，并建立与上司反馈机制, 以确保项目按计划进行

5寻求解决问题的方案，并且评估技术和商务运营实现方面的可行性

6负责项目团队内部、团队与项目相关人员之间的沟通、协调工作，与需求部门建立需求变更、测试问题等的反馈机制

7对项目实施中出现的突发问题进行协调处理，确保项目的顺利进行

8控制和指导项目日常工作，管理项目变更，以周报、周期会议等形式跟踪项目进度。

9在预算内按时完成项目

10监督系统执行情况，并且与终端用户密切合作确保所有的系统或程序相关的问题得以适度的解决

11和其他技术人员一起，确保系统的兼容性和可连接性

职位需求：

1良好的计划和执行能力，协调能力和人际沟通能力

2积极主动，具备团队意思，具有高度的责任心，有一定的自学能力

3熟悉掌握 ASP.NET, VC.NET, C++, Java 等主流计算机语言中的一种或多种，并有相关的开发工作经验

4熟悉Oracle，SQL Server等主流数据库中的一种或多种

5熟悉项目开发的完整生命周期，并具有项目管理的实战经验

6具备良好的英语沟通能力，能独立完成沟通工作，完成PPT文档
