Official Title: Mechanical Technician-静设备技师
Location: Caojing,Shanghai(shuttle bus provided)

Report to: Rotating Supervisor

Purpose of the position:

-Together with the plant engineer and operation team, fullfil inspection and repairing work,

parts changing and assembling work.
工作范围：与维护工程师一起，配合现场生产人员，完成现场生产装置的.机械设备的检查与拆卸、零部件更换和装配任务。
-Ensure smooth machinery operation under good condition, reduce down times as much as possible;
确保机械设备的运转正常，降低停机率

Responsibility:

-Quickly response to troubleshooting requests to recover the equipment capabilities in time.
-对故障作快速反应，及时修复。
-Technical advice for repairing work, quality of spare parts, maintenance work.
-对检维修，备品备件质量和改善设备维护方法提出合理建议。
-Failure analysis and roots finding, to avoid reappearance.
-分析故障，并和工程师一起，提出执行改进措施，消除根源。
-Checking, repairing, lubricating and replacing components on routine basis.
-常规的更换，修理和润滑执行工作。
-Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain comprehensive history records and

engineering filings

作好维护和修理的记录；作好历史记录和工程文档；
-Report task progress and result for further action on regular basis.
-定期汇报任务完成情况，为进一步的行动提供信息。
-Keep confidentiality of all process related data;
-对工艺相关资料保密；
-Ensure ESH conformity in all the related work activities.

Requirements:
-中等专业技校机械专业毕业；
-1年以上设备维修工作经验，化工厂经验佳
-知道机械零部件的加工原理和使用功能；
-通晓机械设计和组装的基本原理；
-理解化工装置各类转动设备的原理,结构和零配件装配和设备安装的能力;
-理解化工厂设备的故障现象和根源;
-CAD机械零件和设备管线的看图能力;
-良好的反应能力和沟通能力;
-良好的团队精神;
-良好的动手能力

Evonik and Evonik in Greater China
