Summary: the incumbent is responsible for conducting wholesale physical vehicle audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification as instructed by wholesale operations supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

·Conducting wholesale physical audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification in accordance with audit schedule

·Recording audit results and complete dealer audit report

·Reporting to Floor Plan operations on timely basis on any irregularities or other violations found during the audit

·Liaising with sales and Risk Management team to investigate the cause of irregularities found in the audit

·Resolving dealer's query associate with vehicle audit

·Conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession if needed

Qualification

·College degree/professional school graduate or above

·Basic knowledge of the Auto Finance business and procedure

·Basic knowledge of the financial or banking industry

·Previous working experience of credit assurance company or dealer would be considered as an added asset

·Capability to work independently with minimum supervision

·Demonstrates high personal standards of integrity

·Willing to travel

总述： 按照经销商存货融资作业主管的要求，负责现场盘点库存车辆，查验车辆合格证以及付款记录。

工作职责

·根据盘点计划对库存车辆进行现场盘点、查验车辆合格证及付款记录
·记录盘点结果，汇总经销商盘点报告
·及时向经销商存货融资作业总部报告盘点中发现的任何违规行为及其他严重违反规定的

行为
·与金融服务经理及风险管理部门联络，调查造成违规行为的原因
·解答经销商有关车辆盘点的问询
·如果需要的话，负责收款及抓车
·完成主管及经理临时安排的工作

任职资格

·大专/高职学历或以上
·基本的汽车金融相关知识
·基本的汽车金融和银行业相关知识
·拥有在担保公司或经销商的工作经验可以优先考虑
·能够独立开展工作
·为人诚实可靠
·愿意经常出差
