职位描述：
Job Description:
-Issue proposal invoice according to despatch and confirmation with customer
-Maintain the customer master data in Fors
-Lessen the open delivery accordingly after invoice issued
-Maintenance the product data in SAP and upload the data package into SAP
-Open golden invoice to customer and mail in time
-Responsible for checking and ensure the correctness of the bookings from Fors. Post the correct invoices to SAP.
-Maintenance the customer master data in SAP
-Clear AR in time after receiving money from customer
-Check the overdue account receivable and push the money back.
-Carry on balance confirmation with customers
-Supporting of monthly closing and year end audit
-Binding vouchers after monthly closing.
-Other tasks from AR supervisor

Requirements:
-University graduate
-Major in Accounting
-At least three years working experience
-Familar with Office software, SAP
-English is proficient
