职位描述：
Position Overview:　
To provide expertise in recruiting and selection, employee staffing&engagement, as well as other HR functions based on needs.

Responsibilities:　
1. Responsible and co-work with departments for IDL and DL recruiting and selection
2. Search proper candidates, interview and implement recruiting and hiring process, ensure to meet the time and quality requirement.
3. Maintain talent pool and interivew records; IDL&DL recruiting results analysis, optimize and develop recruiting channels, methods and procedures effectively and creatively.
4. Job descriptions and job evaluations reviews.
5. Deal with termination and on board procedures, complete relative approval process and notices.
6. Monitor and maintain HRMS data and provide analysis report as request
7. Initiate and lead relative HR projects, HR initiatives or activities.
8. Provide supports to other tasks if need.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experiences in MNC, especially solid experience in recruiting and staffing
3. Has solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; good ability of problem finding and solving
5. Resourceful, innovative and good report writing and strong presentation skills
