职位描述：

- 依照客户订单需求，制订生产计划。并跟踪生产订单的完成状况。
- 车间人员的计划和安排。
- 协助生产经理对车间的5个车间团队进行日常工作计划和管理。
- 跟踪和分析实际产量低于及计划产量的状况。
- 执行精益生产。
- 与生产经理一起进行计划工作和改进工作。

职位要求：

- 至少3-5年的车间主管工作经验。
- 拥有人力计划的工作经验。

Job Description:
- Planning of production based on customer orders。And follow up the status of production order.
- Help production manager to plan the 5 workshop teams in the daily production
- Follow up if actual productivity is lower than planned output
- Implement LEAN production
- Work with QC department for customer complaints and help train all workers to do basic QC work
- work with production manager for planning and improvements.

Job Requirement:
- minimum 3-5 years experience as supervisor for a workshop
- hand on experience handling manpower planning
- experience with injection molding or CNC is a plus but not a must
- basic english is a plus but not a requirement
- willing to work hard and long hours, also in weekends
- 最好具备注塑成型行业或者CNC加工行业的经验。
- 最好具备基础的英语能力。
- 吃苦耐劳，愿意加班，包括周末时间。
