职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

? Provide tax compliance review/support to the company
? Provide tax advisory service/support to the company business (e.g. transaction analyses, impact analysis of tax legislation changes, WHT topics, etc)
? Coordinate maintenance of, review transfer pricing documentation for Asian entities
? Manage external tax service providers and evaluate the comments and written advice of external consultants;
? Lead/support the communication with local tax authorities
? Support major business projects from taxation perspective where needed
? Identify opportunities for tax incentives
? Monitor and provide support with tax audits by local authorities, co-ordinate and support tax audit objections/appeals if required
? Ensure effective implementation of corporate tax and TP strategy and of tax initiatives, in close co-operation with corporate tax team
? Strong internal understanding and compliance so as to minimize tax risks.
? Develop relationships with external advisors and firms

Required:

? Bachelor’s Degree in tax / finance or related field plus 5+ years practical tax experiences in a large professional firm or a multi-national company or both;
? 4+ years of experience as a tax manager or equivalent;
? Strong knowledge on China tax law and regulations and good understanding of local practices;
? Quick learner with a positive attitude, has strong ethics and integrity, committed, good team player.
? Professional tax qualification holder is an advantage.
? Good English speaking and writing abilities.
