岗位概述JOB SUMMARY
该岗位将主要负责处理办公用品、车间用品及其标准件的采购。工作主要内容包含跟踪采购订单、协调供应商到货、采购订单付款等事宜。该岗位需要具备一定的英文阅读及书写能力,同时具备对机械设备物料的基础知识。
This position is responsible for dealing with office supplies, shop supplies and standard parts. The Buyer will follow up Purchasing Order, coordinate vendors’ delivery, Purchasing Order payment and so on. This position requires basic English reading and writing skill, and have general knowledge of mechanical equipment material.
工作内容 JOB DUTY INCLUDE:
? 跟踪采购订单,协调确认供应商交期,并以书面形式通知物流部;
Follow up Purchasing Order, coordinate and confirm vendor’s delivery time and notice logistic department in writing.
? 保管相关采购文件,包括但不限于请购单、采购订单、发票、入库单、 材质证明、付款申请等;
Keep the related documents and papers in file, including but not limited to Purchase Application, Purchasing Order, Invoice, Packing List, Material Certificate, Payment Application and so on.
? 完成MRP系统中的每日采购信息录入;
Input daily Purchase Information in MRP.
? 请款并跟进付款相关事项;
Applying payment to Financial Department and follow up payment related works.
? 协调供应商按预定交期交货,如遇异常交货情形,于一个工作日内以书面形式通知申请部门,并协助确定新的交期;
Coordinate vendors to ensure delivery on time, notice application department in writing within one working day in advance when abnormal happened and be able to help to arrange another available delivery time.
? 仔细检查需要保存的相关采购单据,确保单单相符;
Check all purchasing documents and papers which should be kept in file, and make sure all the documents and papers are match with each other.
? 确保提交的所需采购数据的正确性;
Check and ensure provided purchasing information is correct.
? 能够严格执行公司采购流程完成采购工作;
Be able to follow company’s purchasing procedure and department work flow to finish purchasing work.
? 主管安排的其他工作;
Additional items as assigned by purchase supervisor.

教育背景及相关工作经验EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? 大专或以上学历;
College or above degree.
? 2年以上机械类生产型企业工作经验佳;
2+ years mechanical manufacturing working experience will be better.
? 具备机械设备物料基础知识;
Acknowledge of mechanical material.

基础常规办公工具如台式计算机,打印机,扫描仪,传真等。
This position will use a personal computer, telephone, copier/scanner/fax.

该岗位常规工作环境为室内,主要在办公区域, 根据实际的工作需要少量的外出。
This position works in an indoor environment located in office area, it requires some working and short distance travel in town.
