职责描述：

1.与工程师沟通合作。共同创建APQP文件

2.分析客户投诉，包括8D报告

3.按照8D报告，完成监督纠正措施的实施和跟踪

4.支持生产内部质量问题

5.与工程师共同合作工作从而提高生产产量

6.质量信息的反馈. 如发现异常需跟责任部门沟通协商处理方法

7.根据公司内部流程处理客户投诉，组织团队分析问题

8.上级提交的其他工作

应聘条件：

1. 大学专科及以上学历，理工科背景

2. 熟练使用8D、五大工具，有过处理客户产品投诉经验优先（仅有PQE或前期开发经验亦可）

3. 五年以上工作经验，37岁以下

4. 有一定英语口语沟通能力

5. 汽车/电子行业背景优先
