职位描述：
- 负责销售，服务和推广餐厅的酒Responsible for the sales, service and promotion of wine in the restaurant
- 维持库存标准和酒单上的所有项目控制成本Maintain inventory standards and control cost of all items on the wine list
- 保持酒窖和冰箱的清洁以及井井有条Maintain the cellar and fridge in perfect order and cleanliness
- 负责酒窖的日常管理及每月的盘点工作Responsible for the management and monthly inventory of the wine cellar
- 负责订购葡萄酒并确保收货正确Responsible to order wine and make sure that deliveries are correct
- 协助挑选葡萄酒以保持我们的酒单符合公司的标准Assist in choosing wine to keep our list in line with our vision
- 帮助客户根据正餐挑选合适的酒Helping customers choose the correct wine for a meal
- 确保所有客人都按照公司的标准获得最高品质的品酒服务Ensure all guests receive the highest quality wine service according to the company standards
- 实现客户满意度的最高水平，同时优化利润Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction while optimizing revenue
- 协助建立和组织所有的葡萄酒活动Help with the creation and organization of all wine events
- 培训员工关于葡萄酒知识Train the staff about wine knowledge
- 更新所有关于葡萄酒的培训资料Update all training documents related to wine
职位要求：Job Requirements:
- 2年以上的相关工作经历2+years related experience
- 具有酒类品牌，啤酒，香槟，非酒精饮料，专用玻璃器皿、准备方法、装饰品以及葡萄酒服务知识Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, garnishments and wine service
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，良好的英语交流能力（能说法语优先）Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill and Good oral English skills. (Able to speak French preferred)
- 能在压力下工作 Able to work under pressure
- 在各项交易中具有团队精神，为人谦逊，正直，诚实以及责任感 Team spirit, Humble, Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings
- 身体健康,持有健康证 Have a good physical condition, and have the valid health certificate 举报 分享
