职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTIONS

The Supplier Quality Manager of the Horizon Shanghai Office, be responsible for continuous supplier quality improvement, new product technical support & on-going quality issue resolving.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Quality Development :
？ Define quality objectives for supplier development with SQE team. Set up annual quality audit procedure & track vendor quality performance.
？ Review, formulate & implement quality blitz / audit to continuously improving supplier quality control level in accordance with company's objectives & requirements.
？ Working with suppliers to react upon any quality issue occurred. Review & approve suppliers’ 8D report; action, track & close CA in a timely manner.
？ Working with suppliers in lean manufacturing implementation. Provide guidance & assistance in suppliers’ work flow optimization, help suppliers with 5S, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke or any other quality system improvement methods.

New Project Support Part:
？ Do quality system audit & technical evaluation to support Project Managers in assessing the selection of new suppliers.
？ Work with PM to provide technical support in project launching. Support PM to conduct project kick off meeting, review product spec & drawing requirements with suppliers; review tooling & gauge design, review prototype samples before submitting to SBUs; conduct pre-pilot run review meeting to address any issues occurred in project launching; review PPAP documents before submission to SBU. Monitor 1st production at suppliers.
？ Provide on-site technical support for any requirement from SBUs & markets.

Team Management & Development
？ Manages whole Supplier Development Team performance. Give guidance to the team members on a daily basis, develop & motivate team members.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Related Bachelor Degree. Auto background
Minimum 10 years related experience.
Professional attitude and strong communication, (able to listen and provide guidance)
