职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、提供总机服务，接待来访宾客的接待； 
2、负责收发公司的信件、订水、订票、快递工作； 
3、协助公司固定资产和办公设备、维护及管理工作； 
4、协助部门一般文件复印，收发各类传真，并进行归档。 
5、负责公司日常用品的采购，保管。
6、配合销售部门的订单处理
任职资格： 
1、大专以上学历，1年以上行政前台工作经验；
2、熟悉前台工作流程，EXCEL熟练
3、良好的形象气质及亲和力，性格开朗大方，沟通协调能力强；
4、良好的工作自主性及责任心，做事细致耐心；
