岗位名称：前台接待
岗位职责：负责公司前台接待和电话接转；快递收发;公司日常办公用品的预订、领用和管理；进出口事宜；负责会议室预订及使用管理；公司工作餐及饮用水的订购和管理；负责管理公司办公区域的清洁；收发传真并转交相关部门；随时更新和管理员工的通讯录；协助人事做好面试接待工作；安排员工出差事宜；上级交代的其他工作。
岗位要求：中专以上学历，文秘、行政管理及相关专业；工作热情，性格开朗，细致耐心，责任心强；良好的团队合作精神；具有独立开展工作的能力，有培养潜质，希望往行政管理发展；有英文基础。

Job responsibilities: Responsible for all the reception work , answering and transfer telephone; Receiving, distributing and sending all letter & mails for each department; Conduct office stationery purchasing, distributing and management; Charge for import&export;Charge for meeting room reservation and management; Staff meal & drinking water reservation and management;
Responsible for office’s cleaning; Receiving and sending fax, then transfer to related department; Renew and manage staffs’ address list timely; Assist HR interview; Book tickets and hotel for traveler; Mission assigned by superior.
Job requirements:Technical secondary school graduated or above, Majored in Administration or related; Carefulness, passion, outgoing, patience, responsibility; Have potential, able to work independently and hoping development for administration; Good team work;Basic command of English, both in written & oral. 举报 分享
