职位描述
Job Title: Sales Assistant (Order Follow Up)
Report to: Team Manager
Responsible for:
- Heading a team of 3 people, main job is to ensure that all the booked orders are shipped in time with correct quality.
- Communicating daily with the factories and customers regarding order status.
- Arranging instructions for new orders to the factories
- Coordinating the efforts of the whole team to make sure each order is followed up professionally
Qualifications Required
- *** Aged 30~40 who can read/write/speak English well.
- Ability to use computer softwares like Outlook, Excel, Word is a must
- Should be a person willing to work sincerely and take responsibility
- Should be willing to learn new skills
- Should be well organized and should be able to manage time well.
- Should be able to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience of working in a similar fabric or garment trading company is big plus
- House should be located not very far from our office
Our Company:
We are a 18-year-old trading company mainly exporting fabrics to the Middle East, Far East countries, European countries and Australia having a team of 24 people.
We have another branch office in Shaoxing/Hangzhou area where most of our suppliers are located.

工作职责：
-领导一个3人团队，确保所有的订单都能按正确的质量和要求准时出货
-每日与工厂和客户沟通订单进度
-安排向工厂发出新订单的指示
-协调整个团队，确保每一个订单都专业地跟进和处理
资格要求
-年龄30~40，英语听说读写能力好的***
-熟练使用计算机软件，如Outlook, Excel, Word等
-愿意恳切工作并且有责任心
-愿意学习新的技能
-组织能力强，并且能合理安排时间
-能有效地在压力下工作。
-有相似的面料或服装贸易公司的工作经验者优先
-住处离公司近优先考虑
