职位描述

Official Title: ESHQ Department Assistant
Job Code: 51100385

Location: Shanghai Xinzhuang (shuttle bus provided)
Report to:Head of ESHQ, Greater China

Purpose of the position:
Responsible for assisting ESHQ team in day-to-day administration and office matters
Maintain ESHQ department information for intranet and customer communication
Assist department head for calendar, meeting, travel, reports and communication
Drive specific ESHQ program and track implementation in the region

Principal Accountability:
Describe'what' task is performed,'why' it is performed and 'how' it is performed
Assist ESHQ team in day-to-day administration, such as service report, expense report, meeting arrangement, department purchase order, contracts, etc;
Maintain ESHQ department information, for example ESHQ website for internal and external communication;
Arrange training, workshop and other activities organized by the department or involved the department;
Assist department head to drive regional ESHQ initiatives and track implementation;
Establish office ESHQ management system for offices in the region and track implementation;
Assist department head to arrange calendar, travel, meeting, reports and communication
Assist ESHQ team to complete other tasks;

Requirements:
University Degree in Chemical/Polymer/biochemistry;
Minimum 1 year of experience working in chemical industry with emphasis in ESHQ or technical field;
Fluent English skill being able to communicate in English both in speaking and writing.
Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve goals and objectives;
Maintain an efficient communication with peers and team members;
Influence skill with expertise and the candid value.
Is able to make proper decision based on appropriate information collected;
Assist ESHQ director of GC region to track and watch out budget plan and provide valuable recommendation.
Work together with controller of service platform
Influence internal and external parties on department communication;
Ability to persuade miscellaneous parties to achieve the objectives;
Self-motivated;
Frequently sell professional recommendation and have to convince others (management, customers, etc.)
Capability to make judgment on issues with ESHQ head support;
Flexibility to manage unexpected situations

Mini Education level:Bachelor
Major preferred:Chemical / Environment / Safety
Language skills:English Good
Minimum years in employment:1 years
Preferred industry experience:Chemical industry
