岗位条件：
- 在校研究生（精算、统计、医学、流行病学等专业或方向优先考虑）
- 有数据收集和分析的经验，具备基础的统计知识，了解一些统计方法
- 熟悉Microsoft 办公软件如Excel、PPT等
- 熟练阅读英文资料
- 善于学习，独立解决和分析问题
- 能够实习3个月以上，每周3天以上
