Job Description
? Achieve planned growth of customer base, at the best possible proposition, with high customer value, so there is a demonstrable contribution to operational profit.
? Responsible for managing the BUS on a local and regional scale.
? Identification of the core range of products.
? Competitive product benchmarking.
? Initiates new product ideas and participates in product sourcing.
? Product promotion and roll-out together with Marketing.
? Project leader of his respective responsible/experimental products.
? Initiates and/or supports selected focus projects in the country and region.
? Streamline (use classical marketing tools as: define poor dogs and other ineffective products, ABC- and lifecycle analyses etc.)
? Boost business via proactive technical promotions and efficient technical support to sales team/customers with prioritization/focus on key accounts/KA projects and help solve technical issues/problems at customers facilities.
? Analyze the textile industry and market trends
? Update and feedback to the company the competitor activities and competitive products in the market.

Job Requirement
? Acting and thinking on a Bachelor-level, education as Textile Engineer or -technician in the field of textile wet-processing with solid chemical and commercial knowledge.
? Minimum 5-years’ experience in a similar function and 3-years’ experience in dyeing mill.
? Hard working, Strong logic thinking, fits frequent travelling.
? Good communication skills, easy going, a good team player.
? Intermediate to advanced PC skill, capable for home base sales person.
? Ability to communicate in English, can read/reply/understand English email and technical information in English.
? The candidate must live in the cities of Guang Zhou or Foshan as the responsible area is Guang Dong 举报 分享
