职位描述：
Position Title : EHS Coordinator
Business or Function: Styrenics M&E
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To (Title & Name): Project Director

Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for sustaining and improving the company and regulatory environmental, health and safety performance with the ultimate target of compliance and incident free.

Prime Responsibilities:
1.Implement and Maintain company environmental, health & safety (EH&S) management system, permits and practices to ensure the company and personnel in compliance with company requirements as well as regulatory requirements;
2.Investigate and report all environmental, health and safety incidents ensuring the root causes are identified and preventative actions implemented.
3.Ensure staffs, contractors and service providers interfacing with the plant are adequately trained to meet the applicable EH&S requirements.
4.Evaluate and issue to work including and not limited to hot work, elevated work, limited space work, line and equipment opening etc.
5.Develop and co-ordinate emergency and contingency plans and drills to deal with creditable scenarios.
6.Manage and supervision of the out sourced EH&S related services including but not limited to emergency mitigation service, security service, firefighting waste disposals to meet plant needs and company requirements.
7.External liaison with local authorities as required.
8.Lead and/or participate in internal EH&S audits and reviews based on applicable company and regulatory requirements.
9.Compile relevant data to report facility EH&S performance and compliance status.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
Education: College Diploma or above, majored in environment engineering or chemical engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HSE related working experience in manufacturing setting preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries.
Communication: Able to use English as medium of spoken and written communication.
Other: Knowledge in national and/or provincial safety & environment laws/regulations 举报 分享
