职位描述：
Senior Legal Counsel – General Corporate

Job Description:

? providing general legal advisory for corporate legal matters;
? providing assistance on corporate governance matters (such as preparing meeting minutes and resolutions);
? working with compliance and internal control department to provide legal assistance in respect of compliance issues (e.g. anti-corruption, etc.);
? providing daily legal advisory for HR function and participating in labor dispute proceedings;
? Custody of chops for group companies;
? assisting corporate legal department in OA process;
? providing staff legal training in respect of HR and compliance/internal control related matters.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

? Admission to the PRC Bar;
? Graduation from a prestigious law school with Bachelor Degree is a must; Master Degree in law, or LLM from U.S. or UK, or foreign legal education/work experience is a plus;
?At least 6 years’ experience as in-house counsel of a multinational corporation and/or law firm in providing general corporate legal advisory;
? Fluency in oral English and excellency in written English;
? Strong communication skills;
? Open minded with a clear commitment and ability to work as a team player together with business colleagues;
? Knowledge of Data Center business and VAT related industry experience is a plus;
? Combination experience as in-house counsel and company secretary with multinational company is a plus. 举报 分享
