职位描述：
1. Program Responsible – Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics
Job Responsibilities:
? Manage program sourcing activity including source package delivery and technical review coordination.
? Manage engineering deliverables under program milestone requirement together with Program Chief and Model Responsible.
? Leading and coordinating the component/system development status.
? Bill of material and change management owner (Codep).
? Cross functional team communication and coordination as program owner representing chassis engineering.
? Ensure math model and drawing released in TeamCenter is accurate by the release engineer.
? Ensure all program KPIs (Part Delivery, Quality, DVP/R, Resources, etc.)
? Vehicle program engineering problem solving activity lead.


Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
? Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering. A major in Automotive Engineering is preferred
? More than 6 years of working experience in the chassis area, preferable at internal OEMs.
? More than 4 years’ engineering program management experience in automotive industry is a must.
? Fluent in English for both written and verbal, excellent interpersonal skills.
? Experienced in vehicle assembly procedure and problem solving.
? Vehicle dynamic and chassis tuning experience is a plus.
? Familiar with engineering process such as DFMEA, DVP&R and APQP
? Good working knowledge of UG and Microsoft Office tools
? Familiar with international and multi-culture working environment.
