Esmo are a leading provider of Semiconductor Test Equipment to manufacturers of semiconductors and to Test houses, particularly related to positioning and Docking Test Heads to Handlers and Probers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional sales person, who has worked within the semiconductor test industry and has knowledge of Test Heads, Handlers and Probers. Flexibility and creativity are key attributes, as well as the ability to manage both customer relationships and representatives. The person must also have a strong commercial awareness to help the business consider and develop growth strategy and tactics in times ahead.It is envisaged that the Sales manager will have a key focus in China but also provide support to key China based customers who have facilities outside of China.

Job Description and Requirement:

* Experience semiconductor manufacturing, particularly Front End and Back End Test Floors
* Experience with development, integration or fabrication of devices in an R&D environment or manufacturing environment.
* High levels of communications (English is a requirement) skills including writing, presentations, negotiations, listening
* Ability to travel at short notice
* Ability to work in a close team environment
* Ability to deliver results to deadlines to meet project milestones.
* A proven track record in sales and a positive relationship with key accounts
