职位描述：
工作职责
1. 从事企业应用级软件、互联网或移动互联网产品的研发；
2. 参与需求分析、产品设计和开发；
3. 协助PM 对项目和团队进行管理；
4. 带领团队对前瞻技术的研究。

职位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，3+以上Java开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握java语言，具备扎实的程序设计基本功和学习能力；
3. 精通以下一个或多个技术；
a) Java (EJB/J2EE、 Struts、 JNDI、Servlet、 JSP、 JMS、JavaScript、HTML 等；
b) 数据库 (SQL Server、 Oracle、 DB2、 MySQL)；
c) Web 服务器 (Apache)；
d) 应用程序服务器 （Tomcat、JBoss、WebSphere、WebLogic）；
e) OOP/OOD；
f) Android；
4. 有良好的软件工程质量意识；
5. 高效的解决问题以及事务处理能力；
6. 具有较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
7. 具有领导才能；
8. 良好的职业成熟度；认真严谨；积极好学；
