Supply Chain Analyst

BU – Data & Devices
Location – Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Overview
Global master planner manages the S&OP supply planning and top parts global master planning for the designated manufacturing plants or product families, he or she works closely with plants, demand management team, internal supply chain team and other cross functions to manage any supply risk and opportunity to support revenue maximization with excellent customer experience and balanced total supply chain cost. And also proactively drive the supply chain KPIs (e.g. Lead time, STR, Commits, Inventory) continues improvement.

Responsibilities
? Lead S&OP supply analysis & review meetings for designated manufacturing plants
? Work closely with demand manager, customer care, sales, and product manager to track and monitor closely top parts demand trend and timely adjust in MPS and next cycle S&OP
? Develop and Drive next level master production plan with plant to interlock with S&OP
? Work closely with product manager and plant planning team and other cross functions to identify capacity constrain and respective expansion plan in S&OP and MPS process
? Drive continues KPI improvements to serve customer experience excellence with optimized total supply chain cost including on time delivery (STR/STS), Lead Time, PDR & inventory reductions
? Manage critical supply risk and be the focal point for communications and alignment
? Supports supply chain projects including migration and NPI and process/tool improvement (e.g. TEOA supply chain initiatives)

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? 7-10+ years large MNC company production or supply chain planning experience
? Self-motivated, sensitive to data, efficient to work with manufacturing plant and global cross function team (demand manager, sales, customer service, product manager, engineering etc.)
? Apics CPIM certification (certified production and inventory management professional) is a plus
? Knowledge of ERP system and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Kinaxis, JDA etc.)
? Knowledge and experience on capacity planning, familiar with typical connector or cable assembly manufacturing process
? Familiar with master production planning process and S&OP process
? Strong computer and data analytical skill, BI tool skills and experience is a plus
? Excellent communication and presentation in both Chinese and English
? Supply chain project experience is a plus (e.g. business process improvement project, lean manufacturing, footprint migration etc.) 举报 分享
