职位概述 Position Overview
该职位人选要求能够独立地或在经理的指导下对企业内部员工诚信问题或舞弊行为展开有效地调查。

合格的人选必须展现其良好的分析能力，书写报告的能力，以及解决问题的技巧。并且能够与公司各关键部门建立有效、互信的良好关系。职位人选必需拥有相关实际的调查相关工作经验。

This position will effectively investigate internal cases relating to employee's integrity issues and internal fraud, independently or under some supervision by Investigation Manager.
The successful candidate must possess good analytical, writing and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships with key partners inside the company. Substantial investigative skills and work experience are required.

主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 对内部舞弊事件进行访谈以获取信息并提出建议
? 以一个团队为导向、项目驱动的环境中与业务单元领导共事，并与人事部、安保部有效合作
? 通过执行不同的调查程序识别内部员工权利滥用的情况，并不断强调公司的政策
? 与其他业务部门通力合作，了解他们的业务需求，实施必要的内部调查
? 与管理人员沟通并跟踪调查案件
? 确保按时完成调查报告以及对案件的必要记录，并且为案件的纪律处罚决定提供有力支持。
? 调查案件的记录与归档
? 给内控团队提供防范措施、以及政策与流程改进建议
? Conduct interviews for internal fraud cases to collect information and make recommendations.
? Work in a team-oriented, project driven environment with business unit leaders and partner with HR, Security team on best practices
? Identify abuse of employee's privilege by conducting different investigation procedures and enforce company’s policy
? Work collaboratively with other lines of businesses to understand their needs and help to investigate when necessary
? Ensure completion of reports and necessary documentation in time to successfully present cases that will satisfy internal disciplinary processes
? Communicate with management and follow up on the cases
? Document and file the cases
? Recommend preventive measures, including providing input to internal control team on Policy and Procedure improvement

资格要求Required Qualifications
? 本科学位，并拥有4年以上相关工作经验
? 内部调查背景，具有良好的访谈技巧。拥有以下实际调查经验者优选考虑：白领犯罪、内部舞弊、金钱偷窃。
? 突出的沟通技巧，能够与公司其他内部团队建立和维护良好的关系
? 展现出在矩阵式组织中工作的能力并与来自不同背景的多个合作伙伴有效合作
? 适应在复杂组织中工作并达成结果
? 展现突出的口头和书面沟通的能力
? 英语和普通话写、说、读流利
? Bachelor’s degree, and Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
? Investigation background, has good interview skills. Substantial experience conducting investigations into the following matters: white collar crimes; internal frauds; and cash theft, will be an advantage
? Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with other partners inside the company
? Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with multiple partners from different backgrounds
? Resilience to work within a complex organization and achieve results
? Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
? Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin
