任职资格：
Job Responsibilities
1、本科以上文化程度，机械设计与制造相关专业,英文四级以上；
Bachelor or above degree，major in machinery design and manufacturing, obtained the certificate of CET-4 or above
2、能熟练操作AUTO CAD软件；
Be skilled in AUTO CAD.
3、能根据公司的规划进行产品工艺设计，有项目经验；
Be able to conduct product process design based on company planning, and have project experiences
4、沟通能力佳，具备团队合作精神，有五年以上汽车零部件企业同等工作经验；
Be good at communication, equipped with cooperative spirit of group, have similar working experiences of at least five years in auto parts industry
5、熟悉ISO/TS 16949要求
Be familiar with ISO/TS 16949 requirements
6、能读懂图纸，熟练运用GD&T
Be able to read the drawing and skillful in GD&T
7、熟悉APQP流程
Be familiar with APQP Process
8、良好的英语写说能力
Good English in writing and speak

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities
1、制定项目的工艺技术方案，确定毛坯及配件的供应商和技术、质量要求；
Formulate the process & technology solution of project, determine the suppliers of castings and service parts, and related technology & quality requirements.
2、确定设备的选型和供应商，确定模具、工装夹具、刀具等方案的选定；
Determine equipment selection and the supplier, determine solution selection of tooling, fixture and cutting tool
3、负责及时处理和解决项目开发过程中出现的各类问题；
Deal with and solve various issues which appears in the development process of project in time
4、负责项目开发过程中与顾客的技术交流和协调；
In charge of communication and coordination with customer about technology in the development process of project
5、负责项目进程中的技术、质量要求的实施，负责PPAP全套资料的审核和按时递交
In charge of the implementation of technology & quality requirements, audit and submit of PPAP documents on schedule
6、负责协调项目所需设备、检具等设施的安装、调试和验收；

上海汇大机械制造有限公司成立于1998年5月，座落在浦东乐园路38号，注册资金5000万元人民币，占地面积10266㎡，是为配合上海通用汽车有限公司汽车零部件国产化而组建的多元化新经济组织。2007年起又与耐斯特转向系统（苏州）有限公司、采埃孚传动技术（杭州）有限公司、卡斯马汽车系统（上海）有限公司等世界知名的汽车零部件全球采购商建立了配套合作关系。
公司主营业务是汽车发动机零部件的生产和加工，主要产品为：阀体、下缸体、离合器壳体、变速箱壳体、转向机壳体、控制臂、进气歧管、前盖、油底壳、延伸体、支架等等。
公司自成立至今10年多来，随着不断的发展，不断地向外界吸纳优秀人才，提供各类培训，造就了一支能独立设计、编程的工艺开发人员和熟练操作的技术工人队伍。
公司目前拥有从美国、德国、日本等进口的加工中心。同时还具备各种先进的测试设备，满足了顾客对产品的技术、质量要求。 2002年以来，公司连续被评为上海市"高新技术企业"、"浦东新区文明单位"，并通过了TS16949质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系的认证。在未来的发展中，公司将逐步朝着“专业化、集约化、全球化”的方向发展，打造国内领先的铝铸件加工企业。

2009年公司在湖州市吴兴区织里镇投资组建了汇大机械（湖州）有限公司，进一步提高了公司的生产能力，同时具备数控智能专业夹具的设计、制造能力。湖州公司于2009年8月底动工， 2010年9月进入试生产阶段，现已进入正式生产阶段。
