Position Overview
      
This position will work with HR officer to manage talent acquisition and assist to maintain other PMI HR module including but not limited in staffing, T&D , C&B and ER.

Responsibilities

1. In charge of full life cycle of talent acquisition from sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering.
2. Deliver effective and professional end to end hiring service including but not limited in hiring alignment with hiring manager, making hiring plan and performing effective hiring.
3. Maintain and develop internal and external recruiting channel.
4. Manage interview tracking and analysis report, monthly open position summarize report, O-chart and people report timely.
5. Manage on-boarding process through first day program, on job training plan and personal filing documents.
6. Handle exit program through last day program.
7. Assist HR officer to manage all training program including but not limit e-learning program, clear leadership/partnership training program and other training program.
8. Manage employee leaving record and generate monthly reminder report.
9. Generate monthly employee contract renewal report.
10. Other duties assigned.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English, Proficient in Microsoft Office(word/PPT/Excel).
3. Experience in a systematic organization, knowledge on current HR policy, practices and trends would be advantage. 举报 分享
