美国 Protect A Bed 寝之堡专注研发生产功能性寝具防护用品 （http://www.pabchina.com) 。

因业务扩展需要， 诚聘以下优秀人员：

岗位职责
1、负责市场客户的产品知识、销售技巧、管理类等相关培训课程设计并培训执行
2、根据公司要求和客户培训需求，制订、组织、落实年度、季度、月度培训计划
3、依据年度培训计划组织、实施、落实、并对培训项目进行跟踪评估、总结
4、依据公司各阶段发展，组织安排相应培训项目； 确保培训及市场活动顺利实施，做好培训及销售反馈跟踪
5、核定月度及年度培训预算，组织客户门店导购培训
6、负责公司新员工与部门团队的内部培训
7、培训档案管理、月培训总结编写
8、做好各部门的协调、沟通工作


任职条件
1、大专以上，具备销售培训与管理经验者优先
2、具有良好的演讲演示能力、语言表达能力，形象好、气质佳，亲和力强
3、性格活泼外向，能够承受工作压力，具有团队精神
4、熟练PPT与电脑办公软件操作
5、能够适应全国出差，抗压性高 举报 分享
