PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- To have a professional salesman to promote service sales in region on basis of installed base.
- Maintain customers and develop new customers to increase market share and enhance goodwill.
- To commit the service sales target and other KPIs in Region.
PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES:
‐ Promote after-sales service business to customers.
‐ Fulfill sales target and other service business KPIs.
‐ Maintain relationship with customer, develop new customers.
‐ Increase service business market share
‐ Shift warranty customer to service business customer.
‐ Initiate suitable business mode and service products to meet increment requirement.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
(Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills Required)
- College degree or above in HVAC, machinery or electrics
- At least 3 years’ service sales experience on service sales experience.
- Good service marketing concept and excellent sales skill.
- Rich knowledge in service finance and legal field.
- Excellent skills on MS Office software, such like: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- English capability is preferred.
- Teamwork, good communication skills, easy in cross-function working.
- Good Study Ability. Easily adapt to new circumstance and situation. Working under pressure.
- Optimistic and energetic.
- Ethics.
