Job Scope:
? Team ideas brainstorming and meet new innovative companies/teams with ideas
? Conduct market surveys and studies on potential new ideas
? Write business plans and feasibility analysis
? Assist senior management in negotiations on investments and JVs
? Monitor and track progress of existing projects (may be parachuted into portfolio companies as necessary)

Requirements:
? 3 to 8 years’ professional working experience
? Business consulting, strategy, marketing background
? Startup IT/high tech background also a plus
? Highly motivated and can work independently in a small team environment
? Experienced with writing business proposals (word format) and presentations (powerpoint and keynote)
? Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese
? Shanghai based
