Project Design Job Duties:
项目设计职责
1. Design, model, and make detail drawings for products.
设计，建模以及制作产品的详细图纸。
2. Conduct research and create design proposals for current and new products.
为现有产品和新产品的研发和设计提供建议。
3. Create presentations of design concepts for internal and customer communication.
制作设计理念的PPT进行内外部客户的交流。
4. Support tooling and manufacturing requirements with design projects.
为新设计的项目提供模具和制作的支援。
5. Interacts within the organization and with customers as needed.
根据需求与内外组织进行交流沟通。
6. Communicates with USA headquarters as needed.
根据需要与美国总部进行必要的沟通。
7. Other tasks required by leaders.

Project Design Skills and Qualifications:
项目设计的技能和资质
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Product Design preferred.
机械工程本科，机械或产品设计优先。
2. 5 years design and development experience with automotive interior plastic products.
5年的汽车内饰塑料件的设计和开发经验。
3. Experience with plastics decorating and assembly processes.
有塑料件的外观二次加工以及装配经验。
4. Native Mandarin; Proficient English.
精通英语与普通话
5. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
有专业的技术交流和人际交往能力，有着良好的团队合作精神。
6. Experience with optical products and lighting develop preferred.
有光学产品以及光学开发经验优先。
7. Design with solid modeling software. Experience with UG NX is preferred.
熟练操作三维软件，有UG使用经验优先。
8. Strong skills with MS PowerPoint
PowerPoint 软件操作熟练。
